Data you give us
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, company, role, the training you’re interested in, group size, preferred timing and anything you include in your message.
- Bookings: data needed to register you, such as your full name, contact details, employer (if your company arranges the training), billing details and an emergency contact.

- Payments: billing name, address and, for companies, tax number. Card details are entered with and processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Health or accessibility information: only if you choose to tell us about a condition or need so we can make adjustments. We process this only with your explicit consent.
- Feedback and testimonials: course evaluations and, only with your consent, testimonials we may publish.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you view, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security and operation.
Photos and video
We may take photos or video during trainings for instruction and assessment. We will always ask for your consent before using an image in which you can be identified for marketing.
3. Why we use your data and our legal bases
- Answering your enquiries and sending the information you asked for — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Managing bookings, delivering training and issuing certificates — performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)). Where your employer books, our legitimate interest in delivering the training it ordered (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Arranging venue and airside access — performance of our contract and our legitimate interest in meeting venue and airport security requirements (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Invoicing and accounting — compliance with our legal obligations under Hungarian tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Keeping people and aircraft safe and handling incidents — our legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).
- Verifying certificates we have issued when asked — our legitimate interest in protecting the integrity of our certificates (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Sending news about future trainings — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Using identifiable photos or testimonials for marketing — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Health or accessibility information — your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).
- Operating and securing our website — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object (see section 9). Providing your data is voluntary, but without the data needed for a booking we cannot register you for a training.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers (processors) who help us run our business — for example website hosting, form handling, email, scheduling, payment processing and accounting — under written agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
- Training venues, airports and FBOs, where needed to arrange access to the venue or ramp.
- Your employer or the organisation that booked your training, for attendance, assessment results and certificate details.
- Certificate verification: if someone asks us to confirm a certificate you present, we may confirm whether it is genuine and which course it relates to.
- Authorities and advisers, where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we make sure your data is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
6. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking: up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Invoices and accounting records: for 8 years, as required by Hungarian accounting law.
- Training records and certificate details: up to 5 years after the course, so we can verify certificates we have issued.
- Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
- Photos used with consent: until you withdraw your consent.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Cookies and third-party content
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use cookies for analytics. If we introduce non-essential cookies or analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Our pages currently load web fonts from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
8. How we protect data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to you, we will notify you and the supervisory authority as the GDPR requires.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure of your data, subject to records we must keep by law;
- restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
- data portability for data you gave us, processed by automated means on the basis of consent or contract;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests; we will tell you if this happens. We may need to verify your identity first.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, NAIH — naih.hu) or with the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work, and to take your case to court. We’d appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, so please contact us.
10. Children
Our trainings are intended for adults aged 18 and over, and our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our website may link to other websites, such as product manufacturers or venues. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
